GARMENTING
Our production facilities are state of the art factories equipped with the latest in technology used in garment manufacturing right from Gerber cutting to packing comprising Japanese, European & American machineries. With an annual capacity to produce over 40 million knitted garments, our campus is spread over 15 acres with world class production facilities. The operator must be mindful of the fabric and the type of stitching to ensure a quality product. Additionally, the operator must be knowledgeable about different types of fabrics and thread to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
EMBROIDERY
Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated Japanese and German machines using CAD/CAM designing, It consists of 10 lines of embroidery machines with high quality imported Bardan machines from Japan. capability to stitch more than 10000 motifs and 5000+ special applique per day. with a capacity complete to over 3 million stitches per day.
PRINTING
Our printing section houses 1 Sroque Machines from Portugal and 1 CN top, it is compressed with the latest technology and with complete automation capabilities and custom tailored to our requirements. Our printing machines can create trendy and delicate designs and it is one of our biggest fortes. These machines supports 12 colors of placement printing 50000 pieces a day.
DYEING
Our Dyeing division is bolstered by high-end support equipment such as compactors, heat-setting machines, dryers, slitting machines, and so on. Our Dyeing Division currently produces 20,000 KG of fabric per day. For the dyeing process, we only use eco-friendly dyes and GOTS-approved chemicals. In order to guarantee that our customers are completely satisfied, we focus primarily on 100% organic printed woven and washed knit fabrics.
KNITTING
Our knitting plants, with Circular & Flat Knitting machines imported from Europe and Asia knit a variety of fabrics – Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, with Lycra, flat knit collars, in all gauge and feeders. And we have a capability to produce over 25 tons per day.
SPINNING
Our spinning facility is equipped with cutting-edge machines from LMW, India, and Schlafhorst, Germany. With 28 combing machines, 45 ring frames, and 20 Auto Corner machines. We also have a daily spinning capacity of 40 tonnes.
