SPINNING

Our spinning facility is equipped with cutting-edge machines from LMW, India, and Schlafhorst, Germany. With 28 combing machines, 45 ring frames, and 20 Auto Corner machines. We also have a daily spinning capacity of 40 tonnes.

KNITTING

Our knitting facilities, equipped with circular and flat knitting machines imported from Europe and Asia, produce a wide range of materials, including flat knit collars, interlock, pique, and jersey in all gauges and feeds.

Also, we are able to manufacture more than 25 tonnes every day.

DYEING

Our Dyeing division is bolstered by high-end support equipment such as compactors, heat-setting machines, dryers, slitting machines, and so on. Our Dyeing Division currently produces 20,000 KG of fabric per day. For the dyeing process, we only use eco-friendly dyes and GOTS-approved chemicals. In order to guarantee that our customers are completely satisfied, we focus primarily on 100% organic printed woven and washed knit fabrics.

PRINTING

Our printing section is equipped with one Sroque Machine from Portugal and one CN top, both of which are packed with the latest technology, complete automation capabilities, and are custom tailored to our needs. One of our greatest strengths is the ability of our printing machines to create trendy and delicate designs. These machines can print 50000 pieces per day in 12 different colours.

EMBROIDERY

Our embroidery divisions have sophisticated Japanese and German machines using CAD/CAM designing, It consists of 10 lines of embroidery machines with high quality imported Bardan machines from Japan. capability to stitch more than 10000 motifs and 5000+ special applique per day. with a capacity complete to over 3 million stitches per day.

GARMENTING

Our production facilities are state-of-the-art factories outfitted with the most up-to-date technology available for the manufacture of clothing, from CNC cutting to packing, and include American, European, and Japanese machinery.

Our facility is spread out over 15 acres and has top-notch production facilities with a capacity to create over 40 million knitted garments annually.

To ensure a high-quality product, the operators been more attentive of the fabric and the type of stitching used.

In order to guarantee the finest quality of the final product, the operator is also better educated about various types of textiles and thread.

DESIGN STUDIO

Design and innovation are the key elements for Sahana as we are a design led company, and over the years we have developed our design studio which is based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is a popular craft that has been around for centuries and continues to be used today to create beautiful and unique designs.
